Occasionally there may be problems with your iSams 2FA. This can occur when you change phone sim cards.
Here are the steps to delete old TOTP Authenticator app iSams records:
1. Swipe left with your finger on the iSams record/s
There could be multiple iSams records if you have tried a few times.
2. Click the pencil (in yellow/orange)
3. Click the trash can icon - top right-hand corner.
